Hopefully you had a chance to get outside and really take in that sunshine today. The odd thing about being the weather guy here at CHEX is that I am so tied to my desk during the day that I really don’t get a chance to actually get outside and enjoy the weather when it’s nice. When the weather is crappy I am forced to go out and stand in it because it looks exciting on TV. Well…it does. Unfortunately it's when the sun is shining that my job is the least exciting. I actually look forward to big weather events. It’s sad really.
Well it looks like I’ll have a lot to talk about tomorrow. Rain is on the way as we see a series of lows that look to push in tomorrow. This system is packing a lot of moisture and is not tracking all that fast so we can expect this to be a two day rain event. We still could see some sunshine tomorrow but only if we’re lucky in the morning. Expect that rain to fire up later in the day. The good news is that (at this point) the weekend is looking good.
